For the next 100 days we are heading on an adventure to end the year strong by adding an extra level of accountability for our members to harness the power of taking control of habits inside and outside the studio. The golden rules are:
-to track NEAT exercise and daily steps
-to hit NBF classes twice a week
-tracking sleeping
-tracking stress and try new management tools
-to focus on nutrition and water intake
