Studio 1 hosts all of our MOVE, BUILD, and STRETCH classes. We offer a variety of classes so you can #findyourfitness! From Barre, to total body, lower body, upper body, tabata classes, specialty bootcamps, TRX sessions and more, our studio schedule is full of classes to suit your needs!
Our cycling studio is set up with all safety measures and protocols to ensure a safe and total badd ass ride! Join us in studio 2 for a 30 minute express, 45 minute, or fusion style class on and off the bike! Cycling is an incredible low impact, high intensity cardiovascular workout with hills and drills and incredible music to turn your cycling class into not just an incredible workout, but an incredible journey to test your limits.
Are you looking for one on one coaching to suit your needs and schedule even more? Come join me at NBF and work one on one with me. Personal training sessions are booked on an appointment based system: we shut the studio down and it becomes yours as we personalize a program to suit you and your goals whether that be hands on nutrition coaching, workouts, or both. We start with a sit down assessment together, work through some goal setting, and start to set goals inside and outside the studio for you to crush.
On our group fitness schedule located on MINDBODY, you can register for livestream classes to participate in at home. We also have over 150 on demand classes that you can do ANYWEHRE, anytime!
