When scheduling your workouts consider the following:
1 - moving for 20-30 minutes each day alternating between high intensity and low intensity workouts
2- Strength train 2-3 times a week
3- Focus on a cardiovascular workout (a workout that gets your heart rate and RPE UP!) 2-3 times a week
4- Choose 1 -2 days for active recovery such as walking, swimming, or recreational activities you love
