At No Borders Fitness, we believe that fitness can be two opposites: FUN and CHALLENGING. We offer 4 streams of classes at our newly renovated studio so you can find your fitness and what works best for you, your body, and your life. We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult. Our Instructors are cross-trained and highly skilled in all classes that we offer. With different backgrounds from the teaching field, and over 10 years of experience teaching, we have the support you need to create healthy, long-term, successful, healthy, nourishing, and positive changes to your overall health through fitness.
