At NBF, we have run so many challenges, 8 week programs, cycling challenges around the world, FITNATION summer programs, barre intensives and more. In the end, with over 15 years in this industry, I have learned that "success" means something different for everyone , especially in health and wellness. At NBF, I fully embrace whatever goal it is that you may have for yourself: whether that is to increase your movement, change your thoughts and behaviours around your habits, changing your lifestyle, being part of a community for the first time, desires to become stronger, desires to complete your first race, or to celebrate you are alive after your last cancer treatment. Personal autonomy + the right kind of help from the right person you connect with = steps towards your success.
This page is to give you access to NBF tools, whether we are using them currently or have used them in the past, so you can download, read, and use them towards your personal success on top of the services and classes we offer at NBF. Use these resources to set your own dates and dreams: for example, our Highway to Well challenge is an 8 week challenge that focuses on 3 strength classes a week and 4 cardio sessions a week. Download it, and go for it, on your own terms! I want to make sure that these resources are here for you whenever you need them.
