Step 2: Download the daily journal!

Print this off 7 times to journal once a day using this resource. You will have something to reflect back on once you have completed your challenge as well. 

Step 3: RSVP for any classes.

Time to RSVP for your NBF classes! Head to your MINDBODY app and schedule those workouts like appointments for the week ahead!

Dirty 30: half way!

Team! You have made it to the half way point of your Dirty 30 challenge! Let's check in this week with a few more things to consider:

Water:

Over the next two weeks, let's focus on the importance of staying hydrated. Increasing your water intake will help improve muscle soreness, improve digestion, improve your energy, and help you listen to internal hunger cues. Try drinking half of your body weight in water (OUNCES) or, try drinking at least another glass of water a day. 

Body Image:

We have been talking a lot at NBF on how to improve our personal self talk when you are exercising. Strong internal reasons on why you are exercising are much stronger than external motivation such as weight, calories, or even for someone else. Focusing on what your body can do, what it is capable of in this moment, and highlighting the importance of exercise for health related reasons such as more energy, focus, increased strength, stronger heart, more mobility, less injury, and a longer life can improve your self image as well. Try the handout below, and see if you can come up with your own personal body neutral affirmations that have absolutely nothing to do with the scale or your size.
